      Lois Mary Mills, 89, of Lubbock, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at her residence.
      She was born to the late Louis and Rose Singleton on Nov. 10, 1914 in Florence, Texas. She married Randolph Mills on Feb. 16, 1935 and he died Feb. 2, 1980. They resided in Houston before moving to Lubbock in 1959. She was a member of the Lubbock Antique and Collectors Club, LCU Associates, Historic Preservation Society and Quaker Avenue Church of Christ. She is survived by two daughters, Janice and husband, Walter McMullin, of Bowie, and Juli and husband, Wayne Cleland, of Carrollton; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
      Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, at Quaker Avenue Church of Christ with Joe Barnett and Ellmore Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Rix Funeral Directors. The family will receive friends at Rix Funeral Directors, 1901 Broadway, Tuesday, Feb. 17, from 4-6 p.m.
